Akure, Nov. 19, 2025 – The Ondo State Signage and Advertisement Agency (OSSAA) is pleased to announce an open call for credible investors, digital advertising operators, and media infrastructure developers to partner with the Agency on the deployment and management of LED billboard projects across Ondo State.
