The above headline being peddled on social media and being refuted is the handiwork of mischief makers and opponents of the Enugu PDP governorship candidate, Mr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah.
The so-called operacable that claimed to be an online reporter is not existing anywhere. There is no way Operacable can be an online reporter, instead of online media as claimed in their fabricated story aimed at maligning Mbah and pitching him against IPOB and the Federal government on the day President Muhammadu Buhari commissioned his Pinnacle Oil and Gas Tank Farm in Ibeju Lekki, Lagos. The timing of the fake story leaves no one in doubt of those behind it and what their aims are. One will definitely not exonerate Chijioke Edeoga, the desperately embattled self-imposed Labour Party governorship candidate in Enugu State and his political minions who are being threatened by Mbah’s towering global recognitions.
Mbah is not a man of many words. He is not flippant. He is neither garrulous nor noisy. He is a lawyer, who understands the constitution very well.
There is no place in Enugu, where Mbah addressed any group on Wednesday and berated members of IPOB and warned the Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami (SAN) not to release IPOB leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. He never accused IPOB members or apologists of being major supporters of the Labour Party presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi. For the avoidance of doubt, Barrister Peter Mbah was busy attending to engaging functions in Lagos, and would not have any time for deminis.
The fake story is a lie from pit of hell and typical of the Nsukka Labour Party social media e-rats, that have been in habit of peddling falsehoods against Mbah on social media since he emerged the PDP governorship candidate in Enugu. Rather, Chijioke Edeoga has been venting his frustration about the IPOB members working against his inordinate political ambition and attacking his supporters in the state. The news of Edeogas accusing the IPOB members and prevailing on Buhari not to release the IPOB Supreme Leader until after the 2023 general elections is everywhere.
As of Wednesday this week, Mbah was in Lagos to oversee the planning of the commissioning of the Pinnacle Oil and Gas Tank Farm, the biggest in West Africa, which was commissioned by President Buhari on Saturday October 22, 2022. The national strategic legacy project has been rated by different world bodies and international organizations as legendary and soul-lifting driven by quest to better the lots of humanity.
So the circulating fake news about Mbah’s alleged inflammatory remarks and unguarded utterances against IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu and Attorney General of the Federation in Enugu on Wednesday is a figment of imagination and handiwork of the Nsukka Labour Party social media e-rats and their paymasters that have been desperate, restless and rattled, since they heard about the President Buhari’s planned commissioning of the Pinnacle Oil and Gas Tank Farm. No wonder, some of the anti-human progress were said to have collapsed at the sight of President Buhari commissioning the Pinnacle multi-billion dollars project.
The fake news was part of the Nsukka Labour Party members’ grand plan to discourage President Buhari from commissioning the Pinnacle Oil and Gas Tank Farm, which didn’t work for them.
People should disregard the circulating fake story against Mbah, linking him with attack on IPOB and AGF as being fabricated, peddled and recycled by the opposition- aggrieved and disgruntled PDP turned Nsukka Labour Party members and their social media bandits.
They have nothing meaningful and convincing to campaign with, because their candidates are more of liabilities than assets to them. Their major campaign project is to be fabricating and propagating falsehoods, propaganda and lies on social media against Mbah and other PDP candidates.
