It was celebration for the correctional Service of Nigeria as the security outfit unvels seven broun new uniforms.
The Unveiling and the Commissioning was perform be Hon minster of interior Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola at the national Headquarters Abuja. Speaking at the occasion the controller General Haliru Nababa, said the presentation of the new was being them to a par with other sister Agency as well as portray the new image of the organization. The CG Haliru Nababa pointed out the new Uniforms will enhance the efforts of the Agency to repositioning and Reformation going in Conrrectional Service.
Earlier the Hon, minster had commissioned blocks of Apartment to ease accomodations for the junior cadre and also over twenty operational vehicles to enhance the movement of rank and fils of the service to enable perform their duties with ease.
In similar way the outfit also unveled the new logo. Answering questions from press men the formar Jafaru Ahmed express his happiness that his dream have been realized and gave cudos to the present CG Haliru Nababa, the DCGs and Mr Jafaru Ahmed also to give the present CG maximum support to achieve more goals and aspirations that will benefit officers and men of the correctional services.
Over twenty Galant officers were awarded with medals and cheques.
