One of the most alarming allegations involves the criminal misappropriation of proceeds from the notorious Ikirun robbery case. It is claimed that Justice Ojo unlawfully diverted funds from convicted armed robbers, further tainting the integrity of the state’s judiciary.Additionally, Justice Ojo is accused of taking personal vengeance against judiciary staff who had earlier exposed some of her alleged corrupt practices. Reports suggest that she dismissed several staff members who had shown courage in reporting her actions, creating a climate of fear and retaliation within the judiciary.Another serious allegation is her repeated disobedience of court judgments. Justice Ojo is said to have ignored rulings when it suited her, disregarding the law in a way that undermines the sanctity of the judicial process. Allegedly, she suppressed these cases in exchange for personal or political favors, allowing influential figures to evade accountability for their actions.In addition, Justice Ojo has been accused of compromising legal proceedings involving illegal mining activities and land degradation cases brought against certain monarchs and chiefs. By suppressing these cases, she reportedly allowed powerful individuals to escape the legal consequences of their actions, further damaging the credibility of the judiciary.There are also allegations that Justice Ojo perverted justice in cases of fraudulent real property dealings and criminal matters involving members of her own family and business associates. These claims suggest that she used her position to shield her relatives and associates from legal scrutiny, undermining the impartiality.One of the most disturbing allegations involves the cover-up of a heinous murder and the disappearance of gold miners of Hausa extraction in the Osun East Senatorial Zone in 2020. Justice Ojo is said to have obstructed justice by protecting those responsible for these crimes, further eroding public trust in the judicial system.Finally, Justice Ojo is accused of accepting a ₦13 million bribe from an applicant, Magistrate Lekan Ijiyode, during the last selection process for High Court positions in Osun State.
