The Ingrace motors Enugu said from June 1, 2024, the company will commence it’s mobile car service and maintenance services within Enugu State and South East
Dr Dan Ochi, Head Business Development Ingrace group of companies, said this in an interview in Enugu.
“What we want to do is that we want to revive and strategize and reposition the Ingrace automobile center here in Enugu.
“We are one of the, if not the only authorized Toyota service center in the whole of south East.
“We are a Toyota service center, we are Chevron and mistubishi service center and we have been existing for nearly two decades now.
“We want to reactive and reposition these centers, ” Ochi said.
He said it has been observed that most executives found it difficult because of time, to bring their cars to the company for servicing,
“We also found out that a lot of people do not have the time to take their cars for servicing for want of time.
“We have also found out that there were several broken down cars on the roads both here in Enugu and when you are traveling outside Enugu, ” Ochi said.
According to him, before a vehicle breaks down, mechanically it must have given the owner some signs for him or her to know that there is something wrong.
“So, after observing these trends the Ingrace automobile center decided to introduce: a mobile workshop, which means that anywhere your vehicle breaks down within the south East we will be there to rescue you..
“We have all the modern car scanning equipments and as soon as we come we plug our scanning equipment and discover immediately what’s wrong and fix the problem for you.
“So we will be doing that within and outside Enugu, ” he said.
Ochi further revealed that the company was also introducing special car services and maintenance services for VIPs, Political appointees and chief executives if corporates organizations who may not have all the time to visit it’s corporate office to service their cars.
He said: ‘”The other one we are introducing is for VIPs, bank executives, government appointees they don’t have all the time to go and service their cars.
“So, all they need to do in that case is to call us, just call us and tell us where your car is and we will come and service it for you and you continue your movement unhindered because you might not have all the time to come to our workshop.
“Even if you are in the office you can call us to come and service your and when we find out that the place is conducive we will come and service your car, ” Ochi said.
He added that the company had introduced these innovations as a way to repositioning its automobile center.
According to him: “These will commence on first of June and we call it ingrace mobile workshop, ingrace home and office services.

“We are also introducing the Ingrace free scanning services , it’s going to be every Saturday at the Ingrace head office, we have our diagnosis machine we diagnose your car and tell you exactly what is the problem with your car.
“So, these are some of the things we want to do to lessen the burden of motorists in Enugu State and South East in general.”
Dr Ochi further disclosed that the company was also introducing free training of VIP drivers on basic car maintenance, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.
“How do you prevent your car from stopping you on the road and if eventually it stops you on the road what will you do.
“So basically these are the things we are trying to do, ” he said
