The ultra Modern Motor Spare Parts Market located at the Coal Camp area of Enugu, the Enugu Stare capital will be ready for Commissioning in December 2023.
This was disclosed by the Developer of the market, Engr Michael Aka, when he took some Media Executives round the project site for on the spot assessment of the current state of the market.
Aka, who is the Managing Director of Diamond M and B Construction company Ltd, noted that the market was conceived to enhance the revenue of the Enugu North local government area.
According to him: ” Before now there was no organised market for motor Spare Parts dealers which often led to chaotic situation and terrible human and traffic congestion at coal camp area of the city.
“But with the completion of the market that boasts of 230 shops, parking space for 250 cars and such conviniences like 32 toilets and bathrooms, things will definitely change especially the free movement of vehicles and the aesthetics of the environment.”
The project Engr Aka further noted was powered by the Chairman of Enugu North local government area Hon Emeka Onunze with the Consent of the Executive Governor of Enugu State, Dr Peter Mbah, who is expected to commission the project in December.
He further disclosed that the Enugu Electrucity Distrivution Company (EEDC), had energised the completed shops while asphalting was ongoing.
The developer said that the shops were still available for investors and dealers.
