The legal-laden and factional governorship candidate of Enugu Labour Party, Bar. Chijioke Edeoga was a shadow of himself at the meeting with the Enugu Business Community.
Recall that I had few days ago advised Bar. Edeoga and his media urchins to concentrate on engaging the electorate on the basis of what he will do in the state if given opportunity to lead.
Thankfully, an opportunity offered itself at his interface with Enugu business community few days ago. What happened? Edeoga mumbled and jumbled at the session. At a stage, he was shaking and wobbling. He was booed because he was unable to express himself. Besides, he has nothing meaningful to tell the business community.
In short, those in attendance expressed total disappointment in Edeoga’s ineptitude and lack of business knowledge and initiatives.
Wait!!!! Were the Enugu business community expecting him to offer what he doesn’t have? How can Edeoga who has not done anything in his life, apart from hanging around prominent people and corridors of power for survival discuss business initiatives?
It is not possible because Edeoga cannot give what he does not have. He has not managed anything business, not even a kiosk or pure water factory.
Where will Edeoga get knowledge of business, when he has remained ignorant of governance and government, despite having being in government for long?
If it is treachery, betrayal, backbiting and social media blackmail, Edeoga will take the lead. If it is to quarrel with people, pick needless fights, create enmities and envy people, Edeoga will be exceptional.
Edeoga is a man without his own mind. He can easily be pushed around and manipulated.
This is evidenced in the way he was railroaded into Labour Party unprepared after he had openly accepted the outcome of the PDP governorship primaries, agreed to work for and with Bar. Peter Mbah.
Edeoga’s dismal outing with the Enugu Business community is another testament of his incompetence, unfit and unpreparedness to contest the Enugu governorship election.
Edeoga can be best described as a pretender, spoiler, jester and clown. He is not a governorship contender, but a pawn in the chessboard of some disgruntled and aggrieved politicians on already failed vendetta mission.
