
Ahead of next year’s general elections, a notable support group, Tomorrow Is Here Ambassadors, has reiterated its resolve to continue to work towards the victory of the governorship candidate of the Enugu State Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Dr. Peter Ndubuishi Mbah and his running mate, Barr. Ifeanyi Ossai through their support and commitment to the common cause before them.
The convener and Director General of the influential support group, Hon. Mike Anene Ani who revealed this in a meeting the group had at the Enugu campaign office with the Director General Peter Mbah Campaign Organisation, Chief Ikeje Asogwa noted that the group had already embarked on massive mobilisation for the Mbah’s project.
Speaking at the well-attended familiarization tour, the Aba business mogul lauded Asogwa for his experience and maturity in the way he had been receiving different support groups in his office.

Mike who further said they paid the visit to assured the campaign DG that they’re only waiting for the right time to show their strength and electoral worth on the field, stressed that they were ready for any task the DG would assign to them during the electioneering campaign period.
He noted that they’d been reaching out to the people through sensitization and donations of materials that would help the people to appreciate the life-changing programmes and policies of the PDP gubernatorial candidate.

The group also presented their working template and its leadership structures that would galvanize supports across the 17 local government areas of the state.
Mike who displayed their campaign materials before the DG, said a lot of donations had been sent across their members to enable them move to the field immediately the INEC gives approval for governorship activities to commence.

“We are ready to work with you on this project. Wherever our presence and support are needed, we will easily come in because our restructure is already on ground waiting for the game to start.
“We have our members across the zones, local government areas, wards and polling units, and we have been supporting them with the necessary materials and resources for the job.
“Our primary motivation is how to deliver our principal and candidate, Barrister Peter Mbah, including his running mate, Barrister Ifeanyi Ossai. We want to use this coming election to prove some points about the wide acceptance and popularity of our candidates. We will not rest until victory is sure for us.

“Let us use this opportunity to identify with you and congratulate you on this humongous task you’re leading. We know your capacity and we believe in you. We will follow you to the field because you’re the field marshal, and we will all deliver,” Mike assured.
Expressing gratitude to the Ambassadors for their visit, and for the support they’ve been showing, Chief Asogwa said the group had shown commitment and dedication to the collective project.
“You have done well. Thank you for coming. Thank you for your support. You know this project is for all of us. It’s a collective project. Keep the support coming,” the campaign DG said.

Asogwa who further informed the group that the gubernatorial flagbearer would be unveiling his manifesto on Thursday, 13 October, 2022 at the Godfrey Okoye University said the event would be followed by subsequent electioneering activities.
He urged support groups to look beyond zones, local government and wards to polling units where voting will take place.

Christian Njeke, Hon. Uchenna Ngene, Hon. Barr. Chimezie Ugwu, Hon. Ananti Hillary Onochie, Hon. Onwa Chris, Hon. Adaobi Sara Chukwu, Comrade Thaddy Asogwa, among others.
