Spokesman for Edeoga campaign organization Seeks Support for his principal
Engr George Ugwu, Director of Communication, Chijioke Edeoga Campaign Organization has said that, the emergence of Barrister Chijioke Edeoga and his Deputy, Dr John Nwokeabia is the hand work of God.
He said at Ugwogo ward in Enugu East Local Government Area during during the ongoing ward to ward rally been organised by the party.
He said Edeoga was a man imbued with wisdom and ability to excel in all that he lays his hand to do.
He went down memory lane to inform the large crowd of party faithful that, since 1997 when Edeoga became the Chairman of Isi Uzo local government area, he has never been found wanting.
“He later went to the House of Representatives and after served as Special Assistant to President Goodluck Jonathan and lately served as commissioner for seven years under the the present government, he has never been accused of Corruption, ” he said.
He noted that this was the quality of a leader that is needed to move the state forward.
According to him: “PDP for 23 years now have not made any impact to the community and has failed to address the challenges facing the inhabitants of the community.”
He commended Edeoga for choosing to campaign at the grassroots to meet with the voter to have a first hand experience of the challenges facing each community.
“With the promise to address them as soon as he is voted into power during the coming election in 2023, ” he said.
Ugwu noted that as the spokesman for the campaign organization he was privileged to know the plans the administration has to change the narrative in Education especially in taking Education back to the state instead of the present proliferation of private schools with the attendant high fees.
He urged the labour party faithful to ensure the vote for all the candidates of the party in the coming election as they were carefully screened before they were given the opportunity to run on the platform of the party..
