By Victor Okoye

Abuja, Nov.18, 2025 (NAN) The Partners Assured for Tinubu (PAT) will inaugurate its national executive structures on Nov. 20 at the Merit House, Maitama, Abuja, in a ceremony aimed at consolidating nationwide support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

According to the organisation, the launch represents a strategic step toward strengthening citizen engagement and expanding grassroots mobilisation across the federation.

Founded by long-standing associates and political allies of President Tinubu, PAT describes itself as a pan-Nigerian solidarity movement built on loyalty, shared history, and a collective commitment to national transformation.

The group says its mandate includes enhancing communication between citizens and government, promoting policy understanding, and supporting socio-economic reforms.

Speaking during a press briefing, PAT’s National Secretary, Mal. Najeeb Babalikita, said the inauguration “marks a decisive moment in rallying patriotic Nigerians behind a vision that prioritizes stability, development, and inclusive progress.”

He explained that the event will feature the formal unveiling of PAT’s national working group, alongside committees responsible for implementing the organisation’s strategic pillars.

“The event will also outline an operational framework intended to strengthen collaboration among partners, stakeholders, and supporters across all geopolitical zones to ensure measurable impact,” he added.

PAT emphasises that its mission is rooted in decades of political partnership and a deep understanding of President Tinubu’s leadership philosophy.

The movement maintains that it aims to serve as a dependable support structure capable of safeguarding and advancing the Renewed Hope Agenda for the benefit of all Nigerians.

Babalikita added that the launch “is not merely ceremonial but a call to action for citizens who believe in the promise of a stronger, more prosperous Nigeria.”

He also called on political stakeholders, strategic partners, and business leaders to align with the initiative and contribute to its long-term objectives.

Mr Usman Saleh Hassan, PAT’s Chairman, stressed that the inauguration of the organisation’s national executive structure represents a reaffirmation of its unwavering commitment to President Tinubu’s vision.

“PAT is not just another organisation—it is a nationwide movement built on trust, shared purpose, and a sincere desire to see Nigeria prosper.

“Our focus is to mobilise citizens at the grassroots, bridge communication gaps, and ensure that government policies are clearly understood and genuinely felt across every community,” he said.

He added that, “Our responsibility at PAT is to serve as a dependable link between the people and the government. We are determined to amplify the successes of ongoing reforms, correct misconceptions, and empower Nigerians with accurate information.

“This launch signals the beginning of a more coordinated, inclusive, and people-centered support system that will help translate the Renewed Hope Agenda into tangible progress for all.”

Mr Charles Omokafe Akanji, Director, Strategic Communications, said the organisation is composed of resourceful personalities committed to deepening the impact of President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda across the country’s political landscape.

“Our aim is to disseminate government policies across different regions because each region has its own peculiar challenges,” he said.

Akanji noted that many citizens—especially in suburban and rural communities—remain unaware of key government initiatives.

“For instance, the NELFund programme introduced by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is still unknown to many people in rural areas. We intend to communicate this information in Kanuri, Hausa, Fulfulde, Yoruba, and Igbo so people can understand the benefits embedded in these policies,” he stated.

He explained that more than 624,000 students have benefited from NELFund, yet the achievement receives little public attention.

Instead, he said, public discourse is dominated by economic hardship, even though many of the government’s policies are structured as long-term investments.

“The pain may be today, but the gain will emerge tomorrow,” he added.

Akanji also highlighted that over 71 million Nigerians have benefited from the Conditional Cash Transfer scheme, receiving ₦25,000, ₦50,000, or ₦70,000 monthly for the past three months—another achievement he said is largely overlooked.

Furthermore, he revealed that the Ministry of Education is currently implementing the Technical and Vocational Educational Training (TVET) programme for graduates, with over 250,000 beneficiaries already enrolled.

“These students are receiving ₦25,000 monthly, and upon completing the programme, they will receive starter packs from BOI to launch small businesses.

“These are initiatives that will stimulate economic growth, enhance entrepreneurship, and develop essential skills,” he said.

Akanji stressed that PAT’s approach is distinct, noting the group’s commitment to ensuring that Nigerians understand and benefit from government policies.

He added that PAT’s support base now spans all 36 states of the federation, drawing supporters from the business community, political stakeholders, and ordinary citizens.

“As of today, our support base stands at approximately over 2 million supporters,” he said.

Mr Ignatius Oli,  the Director of Diaspora Engagement for PAT said said the inauguration represents a critical opportunity to reconnect Nigerians in the diaspora with national development efforts.

According to him, millions of Nigerians abroad remain deeply invested in the success of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, and PAT intends to serve as a structured platform for channelling their expertise, resources, and perspectives back home.

“The Nigerian diaspora is one of the most vibrant and resourceful communities in  the world,” Oli said.

“Our role at PAT is to bridge the gap between these global citizens and the programmes of the present administration, ensuring that they are not only informed but also actively engaged in national transformation.”

He emphasised that diaspora Nigerians contribute significantly to the country’s economy through remittances, investments, innovation, and global partnerships that open new doors for national growth.

“Every Nigerian abroad is an ambassador of progress, and PAT is committed to creating avenues for them to participate in policy advocacy, capacity-building, youth mentorship, and strategic investment,” he added.

Mr Femi Oyelade, a media and communications expert, encouraged the public and the media to monitor developments closely, noting that comprehensive updates on PAT’s activities will be released after the inauguration. (NAN)
