The court in its ruling Monday declared Hon. Agbo as the duly nominated candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, for Udenu/Igbo-Eze North Federal Constituency in the 2015 party primary for House of Representatives.
All the five issues raised in the appeal against the judgement of Justice Okon Abang of the federal high court were decided in favour of Hon. D.N Agbo.
The Appeal judges declared that the 1st respondent Hon. Chijioke had no case going to court as he didn’t participate in the primary election conducted by PDP and therefore set aside the judgement of the federal high court which had earlier entertained the case.
