The Commissioner of Police, Enugu State Command, CP Ahmad AbdurRahman MCPSS, MCJ, MNIM on Thursday 2nd September, 2020, charged the Police Constables recruitment team to ensure that they adhere strictly to the exercise’s guiding principles of accountability, transparency, meritocracy and shunning of acts of corruption.

CP AbdurRahman who paid an unscheduled visit to Senior Police Officers’ Mess, Agbani Road venue of the ongoing Physical and Credential Screening Exercise of Police Constables Recruitment into the Nigeria Police Force, was received by Head of the Screening Team, DCP Stanley Ude.
The Commissioner lauded the Team’s effort in ensuring proper and meticulous screening of candidates.
Responding, Head of the Team, DCP Stanley Ude, thanked the Commissioner for his support and finding time to visit them.

Ude assured the Commissioner of the teams commitment remain guided by the outlined guidelines and principles of the screening exercise.
“Meanwhile, candidates from fourteen (14) L.G.As of the State have so far been screened with those from Oji-River, Nsukka and Udenu L.G.As following suit on 3rd, 4th and 5th September, 2020 respectively.
“The exercise is expected to wind up on 6th September, 2020 with a mop-up exercise for those who missed out on their screening dates.”
