The CHA scribe notes that Nigeria, as a giant Africa looks up to , must evolve from the evident limitations and drawbacks since the commencement of the Fourth Republic on May 29,1999.

Jubril, a renowned International Handball Administrator assures on the commitment of the Commonwealth Handball Association Secretariat to the pragmatic development of the sport at all levels of education in the country and partnerships with other international organizations.
