The reason why Mallam Nasiru ventured into politics was because of his desire to impact and improve his community; the desire to do more than just talk, tweet and complain about government and the issues facing young people, and the desire to be a part of the progress we all seek.
Most of us youths say we want a better country, but that’s where we stop; more talk and less action!
For Mallam Nasiru, his philosophy is based on the notion that each person must decide on what his vision is, and how he want to approach its execution.
For him, it wasn’t just about winning any available election. He actually went for the specific role in government that he felt he wanted to work in at this time, if given the opportunity.
The State House of Assembly would give him an opportunity to serve the whole country as a lawmaker, and also to serve his local community because of the constituency development projects that each member of the State Assembly is responsible for.
This dual role of impact at the local level is what informed his decision to attempt this race and if given the opportunity there is no iota of doubt that Mallam Nasiru Usman Sami Kwalanga will deliver his mandate to the state and his locality based on his antecedents and commitment to the well being of his people and development of his community at the grassroots.
