A Federal high Court, Abuja, on firday set aside the Nov. 4 2022 interm forfeiture order on the 40 landed property linked to Sen Ike Ekweramadu and his wife Beatrice.
Justice Inyang Ekwo of the federal high Court in his ruling, said that he had found that the application for forfeiture filed by the economic and financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) was not bought in a good faith and ought to be Struck out.
