The convoy of the formar govonor Of Imo State Ikedi Ohakim was attacked by gunmen. And the attacked led to the death of four of his police orderlies.
Specifically, Ohakim Convoy was attacked at origu in the Ehime Mbano local government area of Imo State on Monday Evening.
Ohakim who escaped by the whiskers had his backup Vehicle bombed leading to the death of four of his police orderlies in the convoy.
Ohakim was with two of his children and they ware returning from a visit when the gunmen struck.
A source close to the ex-govonor disclose that it took the breverty of the driver of the ex-govonor for him to escape.
Fourthermore, the source also said that his excellency was the main target but his driver was smart enough to beet them because they were driving very close to him to block him.
Disappointed that there main target had escaped, they had to block the backup Vehicle and burnt it.
