The Supreme Court has dismissed the pre election petition brought against Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi by his kinsman Senator Ayogu Eze.
Senator who was also a guber aspirant in the 2015 general election was challenging the nomination of Ugwuanyi as the PDP candidate.
The Supreme Court in its judgment this morning upheld the decision of the Appeal Court on the matter and dismissed the case for lack of merit.
