Edeoga formally submits petition to Enugu Election Petition Tribunan
The labour Party (LP) candidate in the March 18 Governorship election in Enugu State, Hon. Chijioke Edeoga has formally submitted his petition at the Enugu State Elections Tribunal.
The petition made obtained by Ikengaonline was filed by Adegboyega Arowolo, SAN, and dated Thursday April 6th 2023.
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, and the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party Peter Mbah were listed in the petition.
Edeoga is seeking readdress over irregularities that characterised the election.
