The Labour Party Governorship Candidate in Enugu State, Hon. Chijioke Edeoga (Okaome) on Sunday commissioned Labour Party office in Mkpunano Ward, Obeachara Nsukka, Nsukka LGA of Enugu State amidst an unprecedented crowd who were uncontrollably happy for having Edeoga present to commission their party office.

Edeoga was in the company of the Labour Party Enugu North Senatorial Candidate, Chief Barr. Okey Ezea (Ideke), Labour Party House of Reps candidate for Nsukka/Igboeze South Federal Constituency, Chief Chidi Obeta, Labour Party Candidate for Nsukka West State constituency, Hon. Malachy Okechukwu Onyechi, Deputy Director General of Edeoga/Nwokeabia Campaign Council Enugu North Senatorial District, Chief Hon. Malachy Agbo.
The Labour Party Governorship candidate urged members of the party to be attending Ward monthly meetings and also put in much efforts to registering new members now that they have a brand new office.
Edeoga who was received with a 21 gun salute as a mark of honour and welcome by people of Mkpunano Ward, commended the members of the party for their uncommon love showed to him adding, “God will see us through this journey victoriously.

He commended the Labour Party faithfuls for not falling into the antics of the PDP in the same Ward that hurriedly fixed an emergency meeting in a bid to distract members from attending the programme.
“By abandoning the PDP’s emergency Ward’s meeting and trooping out massively to be part of this program, you have shown great commitment to the growth of the party and we shall not take that for granted.”
Other speakers like Chief Okey Ezea, Hon. Chidi Obetter, the House of Assembly members, Hon. Malachy Okechukwu Onyechi, all urged the members of the party to go in to the hinterland and preach the gospel of Labour Party.
