Man Found Dead in Bayelsa Guest House After Alleged Sex Romp A 40-year-old man, identified only as Felix from Cross River State, was found dead in a guest house after an alleged sexual encounter in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.The incident reportedly occurred at Diko Guest House along Azikoro Road in the Ekeki area of the state capital on Wednesday morning.According to eyewitnesses, Felix was discovered naked and unresponsive inside the room by a cleaner, who raised the alarm.The woman said to have been with him before the incident was reportedly missing when the body was found.Traders at the Seriake Dickson Shopping Complex gathered to mourn the deceased, who was widely known as a mobile phone repairer.Witnesses said several sachets of alcoholic drinks were seen on a bedside table in the room before police cordoned off the scene.Police reportedly arrested three persons in connection with the incident as investigations commenced.Those detained included the owner of Diko Guest House and the cleaner who discovered the body.Felix’s brother, Dennis, was also briefly detained after he was found with the deceased’s mobile phone.Dennis later explained that a pay-charge operator handed him the phone after efforts to locate his brother proved unsuccessful.He was subsequently released after providing what police considered a satisfactory explanation.Residents said the deceased had previously been involved in a controversial incident that attracted attention within the community.A female trader at the market expressed shock over the incident and urged men to avoid risky behaviour that could endanger their health.Police had yet to issue an official statement on the cause of death as of the time of filing this report.
