Life is a gift from God, informing why people celebrate their annual birthdays in different styles and colors just to appreciate God’s benevolence of keeping them alive.
August 4th every year has remained a special day in the life of FRANCIS IFESINACHI NWODO, (FCPAN) who is an Abuja based legal practitioner, fellow Institute of corporate and public administrators of Nigeria, commentator, public affairs analyst, a community leader, social and youth mobilizer and a former Executive Assistant to Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu state.
Nwodo who is also the chairman of Ukehe United Front, is known to be a die hard supporter of the administration of Gov Ugwuanyi and his leadership style. According to him, Ugwuanyi is the best governor in Africa in terms of infrastructural development, human relations and being a father to political orphans like him.
Speaking with newsmen on his new age, Barr Ifesi Nwodo, said that he feels glad seeing himself grow into a full responsible man.
The celebrant who spoke with the said newsmen from his law office at Abuja, used the avenue to pray for God’s blessings upon his late father, Chief Nicholas Okwesili Nwodo and his mother, Chief Mrs. Victoria Nwodo (Mama Nneka).
Nwodo who was in a joyful mood through out the media chat, said, “today is a remarkable day in my life through the Grace of God the Almighty Creator.”
The legal luminary and a public affairs commentator, expressed his appreciation to the good people of Ukehe community in Abuja, who lent their support to his administration during the Covid -19 pandemic lockdown which crashed economic activities across the world.
“During the lockdown, we set up adhoc committee chaired by the Vice Chairman of Ukehe United Front, Mr Andy Igwe and the entire executive and we were able to provide palliatives support of #5000 each to about 50 of our members in great need.” He said.
He used the opportunity to thank all the said illustrious people who supported the palliatives project and prayed God to replenish their pockets in million folds.
“Finally, I can’t celebrate without thanking my wife, children, siblings, friends, my relations for their love towards me. To my clients who engage my legal services making life enjoyable for me and my family, I remain ever grateful to God and you all.” He said.
Earlier in a statement made available to newsmen by the Secretary General of the entire Ukehe community resident in Abuja and its environs under the umbrella of Ukehe United Front (UNFA), Mr Edward Okoro, a former banker and a business mogul at the association’s Secretariat in Abuja, said that a day like this is slated to thank God for adding another year to the life of their chairman.

He further described the chairman as a man of integrity who always stand by truth no matter how highly placed the person disrupting the truth is in the society.
“Nwodo is a team player and a mobilizer. We are not only celebrating the birthday of our chairman but we are also celebrating the anniversary of the current Executive members of Ukehe United Front (UNFA) led by him.
“This is exactly one year being 4th August 2019 that Barr. Emma Nwodo led executive, (Ozo Eribe Agwu-Agwu) an Abuja based legal practitioner and a one time candidate of the Federal House of Representative in 2011 under Labour party and currently a PDP stakeholder in Igboetiti LGA and Enugu state handed over to the Barr. Nwodo led executive.” He said.
