ABUJA, Feb. 19, 2026 (NAN) — EMMADON Cuisine on Wednesday officially opened its doors at the Tukur Yusuf Buratai (TYB) International Golf Resort and Country Club, Abuja.
Guests at the colourful grand opening enjoyed free mouthwatering dishes from morning till about 8 p.m. at the clubhouse, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

Breakfast specials served included Irish potatoes, pap and akara, kunun geda and masa, as well as yam with egg sauce.

Swallow options featured eba, amala, semovita, tuwon rice, tuwon acha and tuwon dawa, paired with rich traditional soups.
Pepper soup varieties ranged from cow leg and cow tail to catfish, goat meat and intestine, delighting spice lovers.

Rice and pasta dishes such as fried rice, Ofada rice, white rice and stew, palm oil jollof, Chinese rice and spaghetti jollof were also served.
Soup selections included okro, egusi, taushe, vegetable and bitterleaf, giving guests a wide range of local flavours.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that EMMADON Cuisine is a household name in catering, food-vending and outdoor services across the FCT.

The company has operated for over 10 years, earning a strong reputation for quality meals and professional service delivery.
Abigail David, owner of the restaurant, said the opening marked a new chapter in expanding quality local dishes to a broader audience.

“Our vision has always been to serve meals that feel like home, rich in taste and tradition,” she said.
David added that opening at the golf resort was strategic and symbolic for growth and visibility.
“We are bringing our tested recipes and excellent service closer to families, golfers, and visitors,” she said.
Some customers expressed satisfaction with the quality and variety of food served at the event.
Mr. Victor Okoye, a guest, described the jollof rice as “rich, tasty and perfectly spiced.”

“I didn’t expect this variety for a grand opening. The pepper soup is simply outstanding,” he said.
Mrs. Grace Ibrahim, a guest at the Grand opening said the swallow and egusi soup reminded her of home.
“The meals are fresh and delicious. I will definitely return with my family,” she said.
Tessy Ugah, a member of the club, praised the hospitality and organisation.“The environment is cozy and welcoming. It’s a beautiful addition to the club,” she said.
