
The Later Rain Royal Chapel Inc. on Sunday rewarded the Director General the Royal Ambassador, Mr Jonathan Okwudili and other humanitarians for their selfless services to Abians and society at large.
The Chapel gave the awards to the beneficiaries through their Bishop, Esther Edeh during their mothering Sunday celebration at Ogbor Hill Aba, Abia State.
Okwudili, who is founder of many humanitarian foundations in Abia State and Nigeria at large, said he was excited that the chapel acknowledged their works for years in the state.
“I feel excited to know that humans and God are seen our effort and I have received many award for humanitarian service but this one from the chapel was special.
“This is a religious awards and it is stimulating me to go extra miles beyond the level we are in empowering people,”he said.
Okwudili advised his fellow humanitarians to always do good or assist the vulnerable, the less privileged, widows, orphans in all ways they can.
Mr Isaac Emereole, the state coordinator, New Hope Partners Support Group expressed excitement for the awards giving to their founder.
“For me, Our founder deserved the award because, he has touch and changes many peoples life through his numerous foundations,”he said.
Dr. Nkeiru Acholonu, a member of trustee, Royal Ambassadors Family Enlighttment Foundation said all the members are happy to witness the awards giving to their Director.
She noted that the foundation through the Director has help many people to unearth their hiden God giving skills and talents.
Dr. Acholonu urged the Abia State Government to look into the pains of the masses and ensure they have a good living through empowerment.
Six people were rewarded, among them is Chief Munachimso Ejim, “as the Lions of our time.”
Mr and Mrs Victoria Onwubiko, the Managing Ditectr and Chief Executive Officer Abia Signages and Advertisement Agency also, as lion of our time.
