The Minister of science and Innovation, chief Uche Nnaji (Nwakaibeya), has said that the people of Enugu State would continue to support the Administration of President Ahmed Bola Tinubu and his aspirations through constructive electoral partnerships.
The minister stated this at the weekend while addressing leaders from different political parties in Nkanu clan.
The leaders converged to pay a solidarity visit at his country home, in Akpugo Nkanu West Local Government area of Enugu State.
Nnaji, who is the leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state, assured the stakeholders that the APC would establish a human interest government in Enugu State.
“I promise you that come 2027, the APC-led government will be devoid of excessive taxation and will carter for social security of the residents of Enugu State, ” he said.
The minister assured the group that the APC-led government would come to deliver Enugu State residents from the shackles of maladministration that has plunged the business community in the state into poverty.
He regretted that moles and rusticated members are issuing statements on behalf of the party in some parts of the state, adding that there were no cracks in the Enugu State chapter of the APC.
“APC Enugu State chapter is very much united and strong readying to take over the mantle of leadership of the state in 2027, ” Nnaji said.
