.A Senior Citizen from Enugu State, Chief Ikechukwu Chijioke has restated that the hope of the average Nigerian is on the Judiciary to look critically into the Petition of the Labour Party Enugu State Governorship Candidate Barrister Chijioke Jonathan Edeoga, Who from the results of the Elections in the State leaves no one in doubt as to where ENUGU people decided to pitch their tent.
CHIEF Ikechukwu Chijioke noted that in a situation that saw the Labour Party Enugu State winning seven out of the eight available Federal House of representatives seats.
Two Senators out of the three Senatorial seats and the third still in contention and fourteen out twenty four State House of Assembly members.
it Should not be in doubt where after wasteful twenty four years the Enugu people decided that Enough is enough hence they decided to go for the Party of the moment.On the Supreme court decision to dismiss the matter brought by the PDP asking the Tribunal to cancel the Presidential result because the Vice Presidential Candidate of APC Alhaji Shettima had double registration is worrisome as the Same matter in 2019 election where Uche Nwosu of AA Party was dismissed for double registration.
As the inauguration of Dr Peter MBAH draws near, it must be noted that the PDP victory cannot stand the test of time as so much is in Public domain to show that the victory is a pyrrhic one that at the appropriate time will be set aside and the man of the moment
